the people make GXO, although its a big organisation my colleagues make it seam small enough to care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its difficult when we are managed globally but paid by the country in which we operate, there is always going to be differences in T&C's with others within our global team.
