Overall, I am very happy with my experience working at GXO. I am of course nervous about the economic headwinds and how it can impact me and my team, so I am always preparing personally for a possible downturn, potential job loss etc.

I like the bonus and long-term incentive parts of the compensation, since there is a potential to be rewarded for my performance.

I like the collaborative culture and the "can-do" attitude within the company. The company has a competitive and winning culture that helps us to drive towards our quarterly and yearly goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their display of empathy and their understanding of the business. I also like the fact that everyone communicates very often, which provides clarity on their vision, their expectations and their opinions on our work.
