People in my team just want to do a good job and do what is right for individuals and for our business. They genuinely care about each other and always have your back.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a difference with the work that I do. That I have autonomy but support when I need it from my line manager and respect from the leadership team to make things happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about people and want to do the right thing by them. It is a safe environment to ask questions about our culture and be curious about how we can make that better for all of us.
