Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is weak, pay rates have been locked in since 2020 ignoring the fact that we've had some of the best quarters since the inception of H5. This is leading to quite a lot of discontentment, and has resulted in a nearly 10% turnover rate for 2020-2021
intimidates contract workers so they don't get full benefits such as transit and sf medical
