What's going wrong and how can it be improved?A better balance of work force considerations. Without your work force you have nothing to sale. If you drive your work force into the ground your quality goes down with it. Customers don't buy bad products. In the long run everone loses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Health care that does'nt put us below the poverty line. A livible wage that helps achieve a healthier life style than a constant stuggle just to feed the family.
