generally very good - there are a number of employees who don't seem to have the same motivation as the rest of us and I hope we can all work together to change that or we should change them

everyone who interviewed me was very professional and very prepared as well as very honest

the majority of them have a "can-do" attitude and those that don't we are trying to mentor so they too can be more positive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the entire package is more than fair - as an ESOP there is an opportunity to be a major contributor and there fore you can personally see the benefits - great morale booster
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very open to discussions, listen to ideas no matter what level you are, encourages group think and encourages people to cross out of their skill set to learn more and then you can contribute more
