The amount of Paid Time Off we're given.

We are glad you enjoy your PTO! We love our work environment but taking time off to vacation, spend time with family, run errands, relax, attend appointments, and so much more promotes positive mental health while allowing for a recharge.
The fact there is one available even at all

I would say, since I have medical I do not have to pay for insurance. But 41K plan by ADP works very good to my needs

Compensation is adjusted as the company grows.

As a company experiences growth and expansion due to increased marketshare, it is beneficial to spread that increase around to teammates, clients, and vendors in various ways because this improves long term relationships and builds careers
We get additional perks like time off for birthdays and nights out with the team to build each other up and have fun together. The leadership team communicates well and gives us feedback on how to better serve each other and the company.

Consistent, positive communication with every member of our work family allows us to build respectful relationships that enable us to build each other up consistently and have tons of fun! I've learned so many new jokes from the office!

There are sick days, holidays, and vacation time, but most important is the willingness of everyone to work together to cover any needed off time.
Due to the inflation and cost of living, it's quite challenging, given that the compensation doesn't match or adjust to the increase in prices
