Executive Bio

Carolin leads the Corporate Strategy function for the company, including tracking and measuring progress to our long-term goals, and helping to define and lead new partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition targets to supplement our growth initiatives. Carolin reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).

Carolin is a senior and highly-networked executive, with over 25 years of experience across the automotive, technology and energy industries. Carolin has held senior roles in consulting, strategic planning, and business leadership for companies such as Roland Berger, Infineon, RWE, PSA, and Jaguar Land Rover. She comes to us, most recently, from Robert Bosch, where she served as Vice President of the Connected Mobility Solutions division. Previous to that, Carolin headed the Digital Business for Bosch's Automotive Aftermarket. She holds an MBA with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Mannheim.???
