Executive Bio

Tamika helps foster a compliance culture and ensures HARMAN has the necessary policies, procedures, and governance protocols to remain in compliance with US and international laws. Tamika serves as a highly-trusted adviser on a broad range of legal matters, including business negotiations, employment matters, competition, and intellectual property, among others. Tamika reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).

Tamika is an experienced legal and business executive attorney with demonstrated success leading legal processes, including Compliance, Litigation, Data Privacy, M&A and Due Diligence, and ESG functions, to name a few. Most recently, Tamika served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the $15 billion-automotive supplier BorgWarner, Inc. She also previously held increasingly senior roles at companies including TCF Bank, Nexteer, and Mobex Global, where she held the joint roles of General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer.?

She holds both a master's certificate and law degree from Michigan State University.?
