Executive Bio

Lori is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function globally, including talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits diversity, equity and inclusion and HR Operations. She also partners with business leaders to advance culture and employee engagement. She reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).

Lori is an accomplished HR leader with over two decades of experience in strategic HR roles with a specialty in compensation, wellness, and benefits across numerous industries. At HARMAN, Lori served most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Rewards, HR Technology & Analytics where she was fundamental in improving employee retention, satisfaction and belonging through innovative programs and also provided Strategy HR support to the Global Finance organization. Lori was previously a key member of HARMAN’s global operations team, leading HR and talent for manufacturing operations, supply chain, and procurement. She has also overseen the seamless integration of thousands of employees through various M&A and organizational changes, including HARMAN’s acquisition of Symphony Teleca in 2015, and Samsung’s acquisition of HARMAN in 2017.
