Executive Bio
Dave leads the operations of HARMAN's Lifestyle division, which develops, manufactures and sells highly innovative and industry leading audio solutions for music industry professionals, as well as best in class consumer audio products for the home and on the go. He oversees an organization of more than 7,600 employees with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing centers around the globe. Dave reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).?
From 2015 - 2019, Dave served as President of HARMAN's Consumer Audio division. During his tenure, the Consumer Audio business delivered compounded growth exceeding 30%. Dave also previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Global Markets, where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategies and execution. During that period, revenue grew threefold with double-digit profitability.
Dave joined HARMAN in 2010, following a 15-year career with Klipsch Audio Technologies, where he held General Manager, senior-level sales and marketing positions for the Klipsch, Jamo, Energy and Mirage brands for North and South America. Dave was also the General Manager of the Klipsch Professional Cinema business.
In 2019, Dave was named to the Consumer Audio Hall of Fame by Dealerscope Magazine.?
