Kelei Shen ā Chief Technology Officer at HARMAN International
Executive Bio
Kelei is responsible for leading technology strategies across all HARMAN business units, with a concentrated focus on identifying emerging technology trends and bringing high-impact technical solutions to the company's portfolio of products and services. As CTO, Kelei leads a coordinated development to maximize HARMAN's technology investments in the areas of audio and acoustics, cloud computing, and connected car. Kelei reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Mauser and is a member of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC).
With more than 20 years of experience in technology development and engineering, Kelei most recently served as President of Magna Electronics. Prior to that, Kelei worked with HARMAN from 2003-2016 in a series of progressively senior roles in Germany, China, and the United States, including Senior Vice President of Engineering for the Connected Car division, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Automotive Services, and Vice President of HARMAN's Shanghai development center.
Kelei holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Eastern Michigan University.??
