What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have created a fun and comfortable environment to work in that breeds creativity and teamwork to get the best results out of all of us. The demand is still as high as any, but the way that it is brought about is just refreshing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all feed off of each others creativity and drive. It never feels like a competition but a collaboration. If someone is struggling with a concept or a task there is always someone there to help them with a new angle or give them the push needed to succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is always beer in the fridge for the end of the day and a putting green to work on my short game! The tasks and projects don't ever feel pointless. I never dread coming in to the office which is a nice change of pace from other jobs I have had, not to mention it's a dog friendly office.
