What do you like best about the leadership team?
They talk a lot but don't seem to achieve much.
friendly and easy to work with

What is the best part about your compensation package?
it offers more then other jobs I have worked
The 403B compensation that we receive from my company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No equity despite huge profits.
raises would be nice instead of seeing everyone else get raises not me, it makes no sense that the lowest on the totem pole we are we do not get raises, sad really.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I had good coworkers who were hardworking.
Very talented and driven co-workers. Friendly but professional.

We work hard but have fun doing it and working together as team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they need to work instead of stand around not doing anything for hours
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone works together and helps with the duties needed to be complete
We have a lot of fun together and we accomplish a lot.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More autonomy given to individual teams to do their jobs, less micromanagement. More opportunities for growth and promotion. There have been no promotions in at least two years, and the rules for promotion continue to change.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Talking to employees at various levels and from multiple disciplines was a good way to understand how things work.
