What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very rare to have great leadership in all levels. Hawaiian Airlines Maintenance has knowledgable managers who understand how to help their employees and highly experienced leads to assist in daily maintenance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, training, and working as a team
He needs to be better at connecting with the needs of the work force so they could have the tools that work to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
To respect their workers that made the company by providing passengers with exemplary customer service not self service with machines and gadgets.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hourly pay flight benefits and schedule

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no stock buy program.
We are not given the proper tools to make our mission and vision statement true. The company cuts back on workers and replacing us with kiosks and a new work force called the IT department. What would make me feel better is a safe and encouraging healthy work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Upbeat and cheerful coming to work. Then, often let down by the management and culture.

Ohana culture meaning it's a family oriented mindset

Better guidelines and communication with other departments
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very thoughtful and well planed out
I liked it but they lied about what it would be
Multiple interviews were scheduled to know candidates and get to know them in a deeper level of intellect, personality, and fit to the company.
All interviewers were genuinely interested in me as a person while also vetting my capabilities and ability to learn more so than my current skillset.

Being able to come into work and strive to be better in the workplace. Culture is all about improving each day. Helps to have coworkers who are willing to help and also display an uncanny ability to want to learn and grow.

Get rid of all these new iniative teams and consultants. They have made our airline worse in every airline rating.
