Flight attendant in violation of mask mandate, on 4/11/22. Treated 1st class passenger with discrimination, profiling & harrassment. Reported to Customer service, unsatisfactory token response. 2nd complaint u answered. Clearly being Platinum iis meaningless based upon the poor result from HA.
