He needs to be better at connecting with the needs of the work force so they could have the tools that work to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
To respect their workers that made the company by providing passengers with exemplary customer service not self service with machines and gadgets.
There is no stock buy program.
We are not given the proper tools to make our mission and vision statement true. The company cuts back on workers and replacing us with kiosks and a new work force called the IT department. What would make me feel better is a safe and encouraging healthy work environment.

Management lines to employees and the general public . Be truthful
Get rid of all these new iniative teams and consultants. They have made our airline worse in every airline rating.
