Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Both myself and my other Hawke peeps are underpaid for our positions with little room to move up. Hawke does not match 401k.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People are stressed due to high client load and little monetary return. There needs to be more employees to be able to handle client load.
