I just love coming into work knowing that I'm probably going to learn or do something new that will inevitably make me a better professional overall.

I love the leadership team because they truly place so much trust in you as an employee. They give you as much autonomy as you want, but are always there for guidance and advice when it's needed.

My team is incredibly close and we all work together so well. Because of Hawke's extra value on hiring people that embody its 3 core values, all of my coworkers at Hawke are insanely intelligent, insanely awesome people who I look forward to seeing every day.
