As you grow with size, be sure to keep putting employees first.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More inclusion is needed between departments. Alot of this has to do with the way the building is structured. Each department is separated into their own offices.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More office perks. Beverages on tap would be nice, stocked food items would be nice. Better healthcare, 401k that matches, Variety of activities for break/lunch time, subsidized daily lunches, cleaner office

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency, or lack thereof. Although the leadership team speaks endlessly of the importance of being transparent, few actually follow through on this promise. Decisions that have broad effect are given very vague explanations, disclosure is minimal, and excuses are plentiful

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Remember where you came from and ensure the focus is on the employees. Execs should listen more to the reasons why people are looking for and accepting opportunities at other companies to slow the increasing employee turnover. transparency requires action, & isn't just a buzzword to throw around.
