The fact that it's so flexible is the best part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It differs by channel, but the environment in my immediate office is always positive. I feel really at home here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is wonderful and always willing to do the best job possible. They always have my back and I couldn't ask for more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, the entire experience. My coworkers are awesome, there's always something to do, and we all work hard but have a lot of flexibility. It's by far the best work environment I've ever had.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really enjoyed speaking with my interviewers face-to-face via skype. That moment where I got to put names to faces was helpful and I really felt like I bonded with them in that moment and could properly show them what I can do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team works closely with the employees in a way that feels like collaboration and less like delegation. I feel like I can (and have) come to them for anything, and the open and honest communication has helped create a very positive environment.
