What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say unlimited PTO is a great perk/compensation benefit.

What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and even the work itself. I enjoy doing agency work with multiple different companies. No day is the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is AMAZING. I've never in my life worked with such a friendly, capable, helpful group of people. We truly are like family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment/culture here is wonderful. Everyone is positive, outgoing, and looking forward to conquering the next challenge. I feel that the environment at Hawke promotes growth, which is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how accessible and ready to help they are. In my experience, the leadership team has always been quick with an answer or suggestion to help make my life easier and my career more successful.
