What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The CEO needs to step aside and hire a president that knows what he is doing with day to day operations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The CEO needs to step aside and be silent. Get ride of the dinosaurs in the company and institute real checks and balances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader was the best I have ever had and the best in the company. He was the only truly competent executive that we had in my 4 years there.
