What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader was the best I have ever had and the best in the company. He was the only truly competent executive that we had in my 4 years there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Toxic culture, unqualified and uneducated leadership
Many pf them don't have degrees or reputable experience. The HR Vice President lists her high school and 1 class taken at an Ivy League school as her qualifications. The owner, a terrible judge of character, is threatend by any male executives and promotes unqualified females who agree & work cheap

The owner knows nothing about the business other than countong the profits and losses. He has never sold anything or had to earn a living on his own. Subsequently, he has no emphathy for employees and only listens to manipulative, uneducated females who feed his ego and agree with anything he says

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commissions are cut anytime employees are successful
Executives, management and family ate overpaid leaving scraps for the rest. One longtime employee rides his bike to work because he's not paid a livable wage.

No one is trustworthy. Owners promote the toxic culture and stressful enviornment
Employees remind me of Zombies in the Body Snatchers. They've been treated so poorly they have no self esteem left.

The CEO needs to step aside and hire a president that knows what he is doing with day to day operations.

Nothing is positive about the toxic culture that promotes bullying and name calling
Nothing is positive. It's very depressing.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just about everything as the economy gotten worse so has the compensation and treatment
Get rid of uneducated and unqualified managers and executives.

The company is living in the dark ages. Nothing will change because there will never be any empathy for employees from the owner. He's not a people person and thinks he's better and smarter than everyone because he was gifted his father's company.

Clearly, the company is desperate for employees and promise you the world when interviewed, but it quickly becomes apparent that the job is 'hell on earth" and you're just more canon fodder for the devil.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers distrust the company though unethical advertising and pricing practices. Customer service only reacts when they get a bad Google review and the delivery service is the worst in the industry.

The owner needs to speak directly with employees and realize how awful the management is.
The advertising is deceitful, the employees are treated poorly and there is a constant turnover of overpaid top executives who are always hired from outside the company.
