After over ten years with Haynes, I regret ever having accepted the job. The managers and Human Resources are disrespectful to employees, particularly very good employees. No one likes working for the company and there is little respect for management, The HR Director or owners.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management across the board and new HR personnel.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Most of the are uneducated and overcompensate by being defensive and heavy handed with employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The owner needs to speak directly with employees and realize how awful the management is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lol, stop paying managers who do nothing and get rid of the HR Director who talks down to employees when she is totally unqualified for het own job!
