Compensation and benefits that were agreed upon hire were changed and not reinstated for nonsales staff. Sales people kept their salaries and bonuses and are unfair to the rest.
Stop micromanaging other people. Ops constantly take over projects or divide projects based on length/easethemselves. Ops managers should not be directly working/managing projects and should be left to PMs Engineers and QA techs.
People should be treated with respect, paid fairly and challenged instead of spread thin.
The processing can be faster.
Sales always get scope wrong, they under or oversell things to clients that make no sense and then never take accountability everything is then pushed on the teams below to fix but then they are reprimanded for sale's lack of budget when projects go over.
