What do you like best about the leadership team?
Listens to any concerns brought to him.
They are extremely approachable and care about you not only as an employee, but as an individual
The head of our dept. is great. He goes above and beyond for more than just work. He looks out for his people as a whole.

The team members are happy and ready to serve
Moral is low despite how much we work to bring it up, but the "higher ups" make it more difficult than it really needs to be.

Seeing everyone succeed in what they do
Working with the people I work with. If it weren't for them I'd probably be somewhere else.
