I think we are very competitively paid. I don't think there are many other companies in our area that come close, except maybe Oil and Gas, but we offer stability and consistency in pay.

We are an ESOP and I have been granted shares in the company every year I have been here. We are also included in profit sharing. Last year everyone received equal to 30% of their annual compensation as an additional profit sharing.
