Overall being more engaged with their employees.
Actually hire managers/ supervisors that know what they are doing. Some managers have NO health care education/training/ knowledge
Stop micromanaging, some of these folks have good ideas, need to listen to them
micromanaging is out of control. upper management takes things too personal. conflict of interests within the upper management. certain people pit each team against each other. if upper management doesn't like you, they will find a way to make your life miserable. major changed needs to be made!
Better communication is needed overall.
Have not seen a rise on 2-years
It's really more about how management treats employees.
no team meetings, no training, not allowed to talk or you get written up for it. you can't even ask a question on how to do your job without management telling you that you talk too much and then when you make a mistake, they write you up for it. you can't do your job if you dont train the employee
Actually adhering to their mission statement.
value their employees. treat the employees better than the customers. bring the moral up in the company. feeding people food doesn't make them happy! get better upper management who know how to run a company!
Less robotic, and more engagement.
things need to change. you need to support your employees! you need to back your employees and the decisions that are made. use the knowledge of your employees to better the company. stop wasting time on nonsense of pitting employees and supervisors against each other. use common sense.
