Annual bonus and salary increase
Pension benefit is unusual in this day and age.

Very siloed organization. People would benefit from a bigger picture view.
Treat each other with respect. But co-workers are shown how to treat each other from top heirarchy down
Come prepared to meetings and learn to work independently
Take a shower a least once a week
They need to improve on treating people with respect and human decency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most locations look very nice.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not so many "chiefs" noone knows what is going on
There is a lack of trust of management because of recent layoffs (more than 400 people) and a return to a more formal dress code (which indicates management doesn't trust people to make good judgments about their office attire). People are worried about their jobs.
Realistic timelines and management problems
The tension is horrible. System issues often.Some units do not have an in-house Sup. The HR person is not even onsite she works from home.

Hiring people who actually do their work correctly and stay up-to-date with changes and procedures. Hold staff accountable for incorrect data entered that can have negative effects on providers and patients.

Well organized and quick decisions - my experience!
All the interviews were on one day
I had a very confident person to interview me and make me smile
I finally got the offer after six months.
I was giving a tour of the building and they answered all the question I asked. They gave me a follow up call the day they said they would reach out

Providers are undervalued and under compensated.
Stop implementing busy work and listen to your nurses concerns
New management isn't communicating vision, direction and purpose. No one knows what's different or what needs to change.

There is no communication. Nobody cares. The sups are on calls all day long. They ding you for every little thing but no acknowledgement of the good things.
