The tension is horrible. System issues often.Some units do not have an in-house Sup. The HR person is not even onsite she works from home.

Hiring people who actually do their work correctly and stay up-to-date with changes and procedures. Hold staff accountable for incorrect data entered that can have negative effects on providers and patients.
I'd just tell possible prospects to start an OnlyFans if they actually want to make money.

There is no communication. Nobody cares. The sups are on calls all day long. They ding you for every little thing but no acknowledgement of the good things.
