I work with some of the most intelligent people who are always willing to stop what they are doing to help. They always have your back and work hard as a team to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas and listen to your concerns if you have them. The open door policy is awesome and they are always willing to help! Also, they treat everyone as equal no employee is considered below.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. I have never found a company that has this great a culture or a leadership team that puts this much time into their employees. This company makes you the best version of yourself by pushing you to places you never thought you could go in your career.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the Arc of Accomplishment process. Although i felt as if i didn't have great accomplishments compared to the leadership team it was a good exercise for me to step back and realize how many great things i have done in my life. It was a good confidence booster for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hours a long but the days go by fast when you enjoy what you are doing. Employee’s take more pride in the work they do for a company they believe in. Its energetic and fun to work here and I love that we have our own gym to use if I need to step away from my desk.
