Any incentives offered are packaged with a minute by minute micro management adherence policy. You can be #1 but 90+% adherence or you get nothing. Your leads (sold, scheduled, working) are given away to other HIQ agents almost immediately. AEP you must sell 100+ apps before they pay commissions
Because I was, simply stated. Vague and confusing compensation plan, and untrained people trying to train and lead others. RUN AS QUICK AS YOU CAN. This was a fraudulent hire with ignorant supervisors.

My coworkers are fine. They would likely be a lively, motivated, fun group if everyone wasn’t so stressed out and disheartene
the culture over indexes on certain datapoints and could improve efficiency by giving teams a little bit longer runway to execute on plans. coworkers could improve by learning to be more flexible and admitting when they do not know

Leads are sold to other vendors, ever clients are cross sold by other agents. No sense of building clientele for repeat sales. These people are computer people trying to do the insurance business. Find another company.
