What is the best part about your compensation package?

The HMO benefits package was the most generous I have ever had.

In my current role I am able to see my efforts pay off directly via my compensation. I am able to benefit from the help of others as well. Having a compensation plan that allows your coworkers to help benefit you, really instills a strong team culture.
