Not undervalued, but would feel more valued with increased bonuses, promotions, and/or salary options.

Working on an average 10 hours a day by handling multiple clients. My hard work is always undervalued , there is no proper recognition.

Inflation is up over 8%. My salary is not up 6% to even keep up with the current inflation rate. I would love to see a weekly payroll, instead of a bi-monthly.

I was told that my promotional hike will be updated after Health edge comes in place and my Promotional hike is never updated. When I asked the same to management team I was communicated it is paid along with my year end appraisal which is not even 2%. My reviews are not less than 3% every year.
