At least in my role, I am not sure how my next hour or next day or next week is going to look like. A project gets started and stopped out of nowhere due to some reason or another. Another project starts and then I get pulled out of it and get thrown into a different right in middle of the work.

There needs to be more standardization among Professional Services, though I am aware the leader and newly formed team are working on improvements.

The team environment is us vs. them. Both my coworkers have made complaints to HR against our manager and both have made further claims of retaliation for those complaints. I'm walking on eggshells around all of them because of this
