I am not "excited" about the day to day work I have. I would like projects that are a good fit for me.

At least in my role, I am not sure how my next hour or next day or next week is going to look like. A project gets started and stopped out of nowhere due to some reason or another. Another project starts and then I get pulled out of it and get thrown into a different right in middle of the work.
