What is the best part about your compensation package?

This is an independent contractor job. You are not an employee

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They take 40% of your commissions.

It's commission and I'm just starting. I would feel better with a small salary plus commission until I can get a steady straight commission income since I'm just starting out as a new agent.
