What do you like best about the leadership team?
Available and helpful whenever needed
Pumps me up, very supportive, wants me to do well, believes in me, he is busy but he is inspiring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They scrape all of the commissions hard, then hand over scraps without offering much in the way of advertising. Regardless, they generate leads, which they give to a select few agents- new agents get screwed. New agents sell friends and family, then they are done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is an independent contractor job. You are not an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They take 40% of your commissions.
It's commission and I'm just starting. I would feel better with a small salary plus commission until I can get a steady straight commission income since I'm just starting out as a new agent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive, kind, motivating, inspiring, family
We are supportive of each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not sure what needs are there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Peaceful, comfortable, family environment, supportive

Don't lie to me. We need honesty.

Building and getting that sale. Acknowledgement of achievement
