- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership is like a bunch of headless chickens. You literally have 5 different bosses at any given time telling you to do different things for the same task, so you are never doing it correctly. Then you will be used as a scapegoat when you fail.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Underpaid. Expected to work overtime for no pay.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone on the team is out for blood vying for the same upper position.
