Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock program taken away several years ago for mid-/upper mgmt at time co. was extremely profitable & demanding more of mgmt.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is high functioning, cohesive and supportive. Not true across co., by any means. Very much looking after one's own self-interests.
