What are some of the best things about your team? They isolate you from your co workers because everything is about efficiency if your not selling hearing aids your not valuable.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are constantly involved and interested in every aspect of the business, but not to micro-manage, rather give input and provide freedom to get things done!
What is the best part about your compensation package?Very fair salaries, the company understands that operational roles are heald by people passionate about what they do and do not constantly need the carrot or pressure that comes with "earning that bonus". The health care packages are also great! oh, and unlimited time off!!!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to have a cohesive vision, they need to learn how to lead and support their teams.
