What do you like best about the leadership team?Out team has such a good bond. We all ate hsrd workers, and most importantly help one another out when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?Compassionate, seasoned nurses who give their absolute best every day to provide quality care to pts and families in a very stressful work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If the nurses and CNAs were treated with respect and given bonuses like the marketing department.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Treating people how they want to be treated!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treating everyone the same. Not running good hard workers in the ground and allowing others to sit in yhe office and eat overtime! If someone been with a compamny for years make sure they worth more than just a body. Sierra always sat in the office doing nothing and the boss allowed it
