Pay is VERY low for bay area standards
My team is eager to learn. We are data driven, create pilot programs, and learn from them. We've made some adjustments and are very realistic about our goals. I find my team to be very supportive. Monthly we look at ways we can grow and develop as leaders and employees. My team is aweseome!
