Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They mean well with their decision making so even if they realize there was a misstep they are dedicated to correcting the mistake with their next choice.
I find the current leadership team to be very thoughtful, data driven, and realistic. They have been extremely flexible and accommodating during the pandemic. I feel very fortunate to have found HeartFlow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just be real and Honest. Transparency isn’t honesty. Listen to your worker
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I find the compensation package to be all encompassing. The HR team is very thoughtful and provides us with a very fair and competitive benefits package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is VERY low for bay area standards
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is eager to learn. We are data driven, create pilot programs, and learn from them. We've made some adjustments and are very realistic about our goals. I find my team to be very supportive. Monthly we look at ways we can grow and develop as leaders and employees. My team is aweseome!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need better hires. Team is lacking skills
Being real and not being fake all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an extremely strong commitment to quality and to the patients we serve. We work together to continuously improve.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership and management team
Get rid of the lead system and just bring in real supervisors.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked being able to meet and talk to many different people.

Working together to solve tough problems with an openminded team is very satisfying.

May need to sell to a bigger more experienced company

I like that it is satisfying enough of a job that I can go home and feel like I achieved something important that day by helping patients. I don’t feel haunted or exhausted when I go home and can enjoy my tim

Confidence of the leadership. They’re all very smart and well meaning but I think for all their confidence in our collective effort they individually lack confidence in themselves. Somewhat refreshin
