The best oart about benefits is you have multiple chose. You dont have to just take what they give you.
The health insurance, copays are set amount but you can pick between different plans during open enrollment that better works for you and/or your family.
The better you manage your own practice, the more you are paid. The bonus system cannot be beaten.
