What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company feels like a smaller business because you are able to reach out to the CEO and this makes one feel like they have a say.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Some leadership that isn't clueless and understands the basics and foundation. NO solid foundation or basics across the board for the departments. KISS.. Something these morons never learned when they got their degrees . Keep it simple stupid. Need to start at the foundation, lose the arrogance
