Good Middle mgrs. Or they try anyways. Only so much they can do when their mgrs have no common sense and need to be verbally told numerous times to communicate. What mgmt team needs to be told to communicate and why do employees need to BEG for communication!? Blows my mind
Everyone on my team works really hard despite being understaffed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company feels like a smaller business because you are able to reach out to the CEO and this makes one feel like they have a say.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions during the interview were not crazy and unreasonable like most interview questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy to see my customers everyday and help them with what they need.
