- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Certain branch managers are not leaders.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?As mentioned, make brokers understand the role of AM's and allow AM's the opportunity for growth. ALSO - if an employee doesn't want to drink at every single social event - they should not be shunned or excluded from any other events such as lunch or dinner events.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?WORK and stop gossiping - just get your job done and stop relying on co-workers to always back you up. This is especially true for benefit brokers... they are highly compensated and have no clue on how to manage clients. They rely on AM's to do nearly all of their work
