What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is a visionary and aspiring team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not listen and expect things that are humanly impossible such as expecting 100% customer service when they make us do up to 6 chats and a call all at the same time.
Strategic planning, holding themselves and their managers accountable. Lose the arrogance and gain some humility. Also, tread lightly when talking about the work. Communications sometimes get awfully close to colonialism.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Heifer has a lot to say about gender equity in its work, but, in practice, there is not level playing field: it is a man's world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are amazing! They are friendly, funny, and easy to spend my day with!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We help people and coworkers are nice.
Team work, sense of belonging, mutual respect
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
An public audit of compensation and legal department recommendations to HR. There needs to be a reckoning before the culture will improve.
What did you like most about the interview process?
No complaints on that part.
The panel interview was comprehensive. The participants were appropriate for the position in question.

Knowing that a kid gets to have a better future.
I like the work I do of working with vulnerable families to end hunger and poverty
