What is the best part about your compensation package?Their benefits are great! Their compensation if fair and good all across the board.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Our company strives to have a very good culture where workers feel included and appreciated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?My direct manager and the executive team not over see the lower employee rather they care only there carrier. Need to see and give attention to the there employee including me. No need the employee to warred about anything rather to other things and make attention to the development of the firm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The price of item at international market are high then our salary can't increase in accordance of inflation
What would you improve about your company's interview process?More transparency. Better processes. And remove system of small group is responsible for all senior appointments with interview process or vacancy placing. It is a friend's appointing friends culture
